we have a 25 year guy in our hall who is also a pioneer (which means he lives off his parents money), who likes to spend a lot of time with a 16 year old girl in the hall.

it is usually in a group setting but he seems to gravitate toward her.

he even has her auxilary pioneering , which is something i don't think any student trying to make the grades needs.

I watched a minor attracted person (MAP) ruin a young sisters life. It came out later he had driven another one to suicide but it was a secret. The idiot rules on that sort of thing meant nobody was warned by whichever elders read his intro lettter.

If at all possible get intervention by her parents. You may be too far removed to go to child protection or such.

i overheard a discussion between two jws, they said that when someone is disfellowshipped, they are asked to hand their blood card back to the elders.

i had never heard of this before, is this correct?.

i just discovered this translation into 'hawai'i pidgin' and for some reason found it very amusing.

they even dubbed the caleb and sophia cartoons into this dialect.. not because i look down on pidgin speakers in any way, more about the way translations like this are revealing and telling in unintended ways..

The disaster was manmade from start to finish with over reactions and stupidity. The org provided aid consisted of government boxes of soft potatoes and moldy cabbage. I'm sure any good produce was skimmedby the bigwig elders.
